I would also associate home with culture and food and dance. Well, I just, hi, my name is Ya Culture. Hi. But the example lead with the fact that. Although I'm born and raised in the uk, when I went home when I was younger, I was always reminded that Sierra Leon is home. And that would be food conventionally would like.
I was staying culture, just going to family, living in different cities. Yeah. So I felt like. I was living in Seattle, I was connected to, I would say, the real experience, but it was always like culture when I was younger, but in, in 40, live in 40 D in the, in the live mix of things with the life place in London, here in the uk.
And I like to include London into the migration towers just because I'm. From West Sussex. So yeah, I feel like rightfully so should have its own position in the migration mix. But um, yeah, it's definitely a feeling and is the reason I actually started a new newsletter called News from Hope, because although I'm no longer in the cities that I.
Formally lived in. I'm still connected to them. I still want to know what's happening. I'm still cur curious. And so that was the inspiration behind starting the CK Newsletter News from home where I just summarize updates happening in all of those cities. I would also associate. Home with culture and food and dance?
Well, I guess they all come under culture, but the example I will lead with is the fact that although I'm born and raised in the uk, when I went home when I was younger, I was always reminded that Sierra Leona's home, and that would be through food and. And like I was saying, culture or just going to family functions and yeah, so I felt like when I was living in Sierra Leone, I was connected to, I wouldn't say.
The real experience, but it was almost like culture when I was younger, but in four D live in four D in the, in the live mix of things in the live place. So living in Sierra Leone was really insightful. I. And almost just, um, fulfilled all of my experiences that I experienced when I was younger. And I would say to anybody who wants to relocate or wants to, um, travel overseas or experience another place, you should definitely do it and not be afraid to make a new place. Your new home or your home.
